Title: slowing down and update.

Hi everyone I wonder why my aMule is now so slowly was working well but now not anymore takes very long time to download any file that I want.Any ideas what's happen ? another thing as well, is how I can update it because I'm using ubuntu and I can't do by using sudo apt-get install like I did before.thanks everyone. ?(
