Title: Font size problem....help !

Hi,

I run a Linux Debian (woody) system, with KDE.
I followed the instructions to add amule in apt config...and the install went like a dream : bravo ! If only all programs were so easy to install...

However I have a small problem with the font size amule uses.
I have a 1152*864 screen, and amule seems to have choosen a large font (at least 12) for all the displays. That's a bit too large....and the windows are pretty hard to read, as most names can't fit in the available space.

I didn't find how to explain amule to choose a smaller font (like the ones we see in the screenshots), and how it chooses it's default font size (so I could fix my problem)

Any ideas ?

I've got the same problem on Mandrake 10, Gnome, aMule 1.2.8.

What to do?

BTW, I'm new to Linux and aMule. Migrating from Win and eMule. So, please, don't kill me... ;(

propably installing other fonts will fix the problem ..

heres howto for debian, but u could look for same fonts under mdk -> http://www.amule.org/wiki/index.php/Debian_fonts

AFAIK, the following command works only with Debian:

apt-get install xfonts-75dpi-transcoded xfonts-100dpi-transcoded In Mandrake instead of "apt-get" is used "rpmi" or "urpmi". But when I run those commands, I get
error: open of xfonts-75dpi-transcoded failed: No such file or directory
and
no package named xfonts-75dpi-transcoded.

So, where from could I get those packages?
