Title: need to recompile amule after patching wxgtk?

Hello,

I patched wxgtk 2.6.3 with the patches on wxwidgets.org.

Now do I have to recompile aMule also that was compiled with unpatched wxgtk 2.6.3 before?

No. These patches on the wx page do not change anything in the header files, therefore no rebuild of the calling applications is necessary.
