amule should respect the incoming directory at the time a download is finished

I just moved my Incoming directory and had to see that amule doesn't seem to respect the new setting for downloads that were started before it was changed. It just completes files to the directory that was set as incoming when I started those downloads.

Disregard that, houston, it was just my own stupidity. I have my downloads neatly organized in categories and the Incoming directory stayed the same for categories when I changed the global one ^^
