Changing port 4662 to 8510

Hi. I ask just an explanation, if someone has 5 min to spend...
I'm using CVS version.
Wiki guide say that sometimes ISP provider recognize trafic to/from port 4662 and slow down the speed of the connection, I don' t have big trouble with my aMule speed, but I have to try any new trick I find  :D, so I changed port 4662 to 8510 in "preferences" and then I opened the ports 8510 and 8513 on my fiewall and on my router, (closed inbound ttrafic on port 4662 is default on firwall) and restarted aMule. Well now the situation is that aMule continue using port 4662 for outgoing trafic, and 8510 for incoming.
Is it normal? Why aMule doesn't use port 8510 for outgoing trafic?

aMule uses the port that the other client uses. e.g. anyone who is uploading to you will use the port 8510, whilst to someone who uses the default port to 4662.
