Can't start Amule
« on: October 25, 2006, 11:21:51 AM »

I've downloaded:
aMule-2.1.2-wxGtk2.6.3_mdv.i586.rpm

When trying to run amule I get:
amule: error while loading shared libraries: libbfd-2.16.91.0.2.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Can anybody help me?

You have downloaded the wrong rpm.

According to your profile, you are using SUSE 10.1, but this rpm is for a Mandriva distribution and can never work on your system. Delete it and use a package that matches your distribution (you could, for example, just follow my signature).
