I'm a newbie to amule.
I get a highID, and can download in a high speed.
But almost all the clients are banned, so my upload speed is always 0kb.
If i am downloading a file, someone who is downloading this file can get data from me.
In other words, i only upload to who are downloading what i'm downloading. Others are all banned by amule.
My native language is not English, so it must be plenty of mistakes above. Hope you can understand it and can help me to work out this solution.
