server and kad connected but ID Low

Hello,
I use a zyxel router. Static IP's. There are connected a desktop with xppro and a laptop with ubuntu. The desktop has a ID High with the Donkeyserver and Kad, the laptop has ID Low with both. I use port 4622, 4672 for the desktop and 4711, 4665 for the laptop with ubuntu. I have enabled all these ports with the router forwarded to the IP's . I downloaded nodes.dat from emule-inside.net. Any help ?

Maybe ubuntu has some firewall that is not configured? also, I find strange the ports you chose. Why did you chose 4711? that is the default webserver port...it's nothing wrong with that, it's just that it seems to me you just confused some ports. Please explain better which ports you have for everything (TCP, UDP, webserver) on every PC.
