aMule on linux+ntfs

Hi,

I'm a linux newbie testing Ubuntu 9.04, and want to try aMule. My concern is this, are there any issues if I install aMule from Ubuntu repo and set my temp & share dir to the already existing one (from eMule win) on ntfs partition? What are the chances that setup will screw up my ntfs partition?

Regarding aMule - should be no problem.
Regarding NTFS and Ubuntu - can't say.

Ubuntu by default uses NTFS3-G drivers which permit Read and Write access...it should not be a problem!
