My aMule crashes after a few hours runnning correctly.

As long as there are question marks (??) in your backtrace it's not possible to tell where the problem occurs.
Please read the wiki about creating backtraces and post another one, without question marks in it.

And first, please try updating your aMule. Current version is 2.2.6.

And update your X11 while you're at it. I don't think that's related to aMule at all.
