Amulegui: Ban clients?

In tandem with the discussion about antileech mods - amulegui can't ban/unban clients from the upload queue.

Is there any chance this can be added?

If you say manual ban: It's a bad feature and will never be in aMule!

For bad clients ban, aMule already bans some guys ;)

manual banning is a very bad idea, known leechers/GPL breakers banning, I think is a good idea.
