does not connect on ububtu 11.10

Hello everyone! since I updated to version 11.10 ubuntu amule no longer connected ... I press connect, the button changes the word "cancel" and never appears disconnect .. remains so, why?

No idea if the 2.2.6 package of Ubuntu works in 11.10.

I suggest you try 2.3.1 . See here how to build it in Ubuntu.
