After full complete downloading the dowload falls back

Hi there, just don't know where to post this one, some times when downloading the the download completes 100%, and within a second drops back to around 80% and it repeats indefinitely? any cure remedy?
My system is Debian Squeeze, unstable variety. Let me repeat, this does not happen always only to some downloads, and if the size is very big things get worst.

You got a bad source that uploads bad data to you. Repeatedly. aMule calculates the hash, finds it wrong, and repeats the download of the bad part.
In the SVN version there is code to detect and ban such sources.
