aMule crash in CentOS 5.5

Hello there,
my aMule is crashing after random hours downloading things. It has happened three times this week  :-[ I can't be more specific because it's happening when I wasn't in front of it.

Linux CentOS 5.5  2.6.18-194.26.1.el5 #1 SMP Tue Nov 9 12:54:40 EST 2010 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux

There's no aMule code involved. Looks like something is broken with your GDK I'd guess.
If you don't want to reinstall your OS, try running amuled / amulegui instead.

Sorry to say that, but your operating system and aMule version is too old and has some known fatal bugs. You may try to hunt the bug, but there's a big possibility that it is already fixed.

Well,  my CentOS my CentOS isn't too old.  It has the last patches and updates. But the amule it's old, and I download a new version. I'm using now the amuled and amuleweb, to find out if it's a gtk problem or what.

Please try the latest SVN version instead of 2.2.6 (which contains bugs that have been fixed in SVN)
