UPnP error - aMule or router?

error(UPNP_DISCOVERY_ADVERTISEMENT_ALIVE): Error retrieving device description from http://192.168.1.254:1990/WFADevice.xml: UPNP_E_BAD_HTTPMSG(-119).
Bug, fail or (mis)config? Router is Huawei HG630b, connection Wi-fi. Not critical, just annoying.
