Allow connecting to a server if it's the same ip as you.
If I type a 192 (or other local) address manually accept it, but don't accept it from a downloaded server.met.
If you see such an address in server.met print a message about it.
One possible goal is to be able to run a private ed2k network. (Say in a lan, etc.) Another is to run your old ed2k client, and your new one and transfer completed chunks from one to the other. Easiest way to do that is to connect to a local server (so that other people don't download from the old client and grab an upload slot from you).
