I finally got aMule compiling on my AMD Athlon 64 in 64-bits for AMD64 (on Gentoo Linux). Mostly it is working just fine. So thanks to all the devels for hard work.

Kad is being worked on, tho it will not be really inttroduced till some release after 2.0.0 final, which is very near.

I did a lot of work on sockets too this days

I've packaged a binary for ubuntu warty 4.10.
It's compiled against wxGTK 2.4.2 and gtk 1.2

This is the first time I publish a binary packaged on my system, so if you have problems or something doesn't work please let me know.

aMule 2.0.0rc7 unicode rpm installed smoothly on a MDK-10.1 with Blackbox after i uninstalled rc5-related packages.
Running fine so far (diddn't tried amule web yet)
Connected inless than 1 second   :baby:
