LOW_ID in 2.3.3

I updated Amule to the new release 2.3.3  ,   I'm using the same port (6550) as with version 2.3.2.   and  I received low-id .    said that port 6550 is unreachable .
I noticed that option " Enable UPNP for port fordwarding " is grayed .
Please HELP
