Hi
first of all you don't post bugs in a "how to" everybody will read, better create a new thread in amule help f.e.
second what are you trying to do?  ?( ?( ?(
are you trying to install amule on your windows pc??
the port to windows is nto fully complete yet so at the moment it does not work.
accessing your webinterface of your amule running on a linux from a XP computer is no problem at all.
if you did install it like told in the "how to"

parked in a bad part of town, with the doors unlocked, the key in
the ignition and a Post-It note on the dashboard saying, "Please
don't steal this."

?( Hi, I just need a little extra help in getting the web interface to work. I get up to step 5 above, but cannot find this file called ~./emule.
I downloaed the program to a folder in my home directory (note that this is just a test box that I am playing with and I always log in as root and operate in runlevel 5). When I enter the directory of where amule and all its files are located /root/amule/amule-1.2.5 I run the command ls -la to list all files but cant find the ~./emule file.

Help much appreciated

:)) Gee, I now feel like a right clown and I probaby am, I have found the file now. The only reason im running as Root is beacuse im just messing about with this redhat box and to save time I just log in as root
as no one else uses it. I have a dedicated server in the US and before I put anything on it I likle to test it out on my test box in my room.

Cheers for the help, and the speedy response
