Same problem here. How to reconnect Kad?
Actually amuled restart (even automatic) is not a good solution.

Maybe not, but it is the only available solution ;)

There are some long running threads on the Kad disconnect issue which you can find by searching the forums, but until now there has been no real solution other then stopping and re-starting the amule daemon.
