First thanks for providing/maintaining this forum (not many do)
I have recently experience a problem with aMule not connecting to server that have alot of users connected (IE:sort list by users & i try to connect to one with a high user amount)
I understand it occasionally times out due to obvious reasons,
Normaly when i connect to a server & it lists the action in the aMule log window it will list the IP:port (IE: 66.199.250.170:8911)
but this time round all i see is 66.199.250.170:0
why is this??
As i have mine configured to collect 3 serverlists from reputable sources i was wondering if it is a malformed server.met, so i restarted aMule so as to update this known server list but it had no affect??
So i sat there working my way down the list of known servers within amule, connecting to each one to see which timeout on me & when i got down as far as bytedevils (194.213.0.30:3306) this connected straight away wih no probs
So do you think i'm right that one of my server.met sources has a fudged copy of this file & for some reason has omitted the port info or is this something else??
