Hi there,
I just found out, that every now and than, there are users in my queue list, that are marked as "Bad Guys". What I want to know is: why are they Bad guys and how are they treated ? Are they banned ? Are they filtered somehow ? Or do you have to filter them with ipfilter ? Can they still download from you ? Thank you.
