[solved] recover a downloaded file?

hello guys,
first of all, thanks for your work, amule is amazing
then, as a dumbass I corrupted I file I downloaded (mounted the ISO read-write... be careful
). I'm not sure there is any possibility for me to "repair" the file, meaning overwriting just the broken part? of course I know the ed2k link. Or is it better to start-over?
thanks

Maybe it can be fixed, just start the download again on aMule, and take note of the number of download (the xxx.part) Then, overwrite the xxx.part with the file you corrupted. aMule should rechcek it, and discard the pàrts you modified.
Regards.
