Can`t cone ct

This msn apears when I try to conect my a mule or when I try to do  a reseach on my Macbook!
How can I fix these?

First: we need more details about this. (aMule version? Mac OS X? which version?)
Second: explain better what happens, since "This msn appears" explains next to nothing.
Third: Notice I moved the post, next time please read first the forums names and post in the correct one.
