Self launching amuleweb
« on: April 30, 2008, 05:16:29 PM »

I use to use amulecmd to control amule throw ssh, but sometimes (often) when I launch amulecmd I get "Creating client..." and nothing happens..
If I check with ps -A I see there is an instance of amuleweb running that I've never started!
Killing it makes amulecmd available again!
Why does it happens? Why amuleweb starts by itself?

because you have unchecked the relative option in amule preference tab (or have not set the entry 'start_amuleweb/or_something_like_that' = 0 in amule.conf)
