My idea was:
- when UL is decreased, decrease DL, but remember last DL setting
- if UL is increased again, automatically increase DL to the last setting (or to the maximum DL allowed at current UL, whichever is lower)
Wuischke's idea is also good.
But I won't do it unless Kry agrees.
