when I start amule 221 , It makes this:

Initialising aMule
Checking if there is an instance already running...
No other instances are running.
HTTP download thread started

Looks like your cryptopp is broken.
Did you compile amule / cryptopp yourself ?
Cryptopp comes with a test app, try it after compiling it.
