my operative system is fedora 10(Cambridge), kernel linux 2.6.27.9-159.fc10, GNOME 2.24.2, amule version: 2.2.2  , platform is 32 bits. when it crashs , I have done nothing, I just leave the PC alone, and when I come back four or five hours later, the application will always have been closed and a warning prompt of bugreporter is there saying this error is a new one and I 'd better save this report.
because I am not familiar with backtrace , I uninstall aMule 2.2.2 which is a pre-compiled version from my system, then download a aMule-2.2.2 .tar.bz2 version and compile it to my fedora system, so far so good. but it seems that a new version 2.2.3 has just been released, maybe I will down it and compile again soon.

aMule's code is not really involved in the crash, it's all inside wxGTK / GTK. Where is your wxGTK from ?
izzobz, what wxGTK package should be used for Fedora?
