Newbie. How to play music

Tried opening it from itunes but it doesnt do anything? do I do something on preferences in order to be able to play? Tried directories and accidentally changed were it says incoming, please help!!! Dont know what I'm doing

I also have same problem - Mac user, can't seem to play the file now it's finally downloaded.. Can anyone help? What music players are best for Mac users?
