low id after switch from adsl to different kind of internet connection

Some weeks ago i changed my adsl internet connection to a eolowave kind of internet connection.
It's a sort of wimax connection, i have a non-modem router in my house, the router is connected to an antenna fixed to the outside wall and the antenna is getting the signal from a repeater.
Since then i've never been able to get a high id despite having the required three ports opened in my router and a fixed ip address.
My router model is fritz!box 4020 and i use aMule-2.3.2-Snow_Leopard-wxWidgets-3.0.2-TabsPatch on a macbook pro mid 2007, os x mavericks 10.9.5.
How can i get a high id again?
