How do I install aMule on Linux?
« on: May 23, 2004, 02:01:15 PM »

I have SuSE 9.1 pro linux and I downloaded aMule-1.2.6-1.i586-SUSE_9.0.rpm. I installed it (also wxBase, wxGTK, zlib) using YaST but I don't see short cut anywhere. Does that mean it's installed? Do I need SuSE 9.1 rpm for this to work properly? if so where can I find it ? thanks.

look in the kde menu.. should be already one
or click on your taskbar , add non-kde appz and select amule from /usr/local/bin/amule
