thanks for all your help, i'll keep updating to the latest CVS and run it as you asked, you got yourself a tester  :D
by the way, i cant upload files... i think its firewall relatad' thats why i havent posted it so far...
im trying to open the firewall and see if it changes, but it seems i'll have to restart for it to open ports.. gives me errors...
next time i'll restart i'll check it out.

mrfixit,

Try to connect to Razorback2, and see if you can get a high id. If not, try this test: http://uberpenguin.they-are.us/temp/testport/index.php

(aMule must be running)

Sometimes, it takes a while to start downloading. Try a file with a lot of sources to test.

Cheers!

This is odd. Maybe your files are not interesting? :)

Ok, I believe you :) but thats really odd, how come people can get into your upload queue and still get no upload? Maybe a firewall configuration?

Cheers!

mrfixit,

I think that this problem has been corrected in current cvs. Check to see if upload limit was set to zero, ok? If that is the case, try current cvs to see if the problem is solved.

Cheers!

as far as I know, there should be nothing needed for the cvs tarballs. but if you want to be sure, you can do a ./autogen.sh before issuing ./configure and the rest of the commands.

Citroklar, mrfixit,

If the release is allright, there is no need to run ./autogen.sh, just

$ ./configure && make
$ su
$ make install

Like Citroklar said, if you are having problems with configure, then maybe you could try ./autogen.sh, but it is unlikely that it will solve anything.

Cheers!
