Can't get my old Temp
« on: July 12, 2005, 05:11:18 PM »

Hi, I'm new here.

I got amule installed in my Debian testing. But, for a problem of dependencies after an updating of the system, I had to remove it.
I kept my Temp fold. But now, when I've just installed it again (just getting it from testing, after installing it I've got back my sources.list into testing), it can see all my shared files; but not my old Temp which were not finished. I've selected the right way in the preferences, but it can't update the downloading list with my old list. What should I do?

Thanks a lot for everything.

Well... Now I'm opening it again, and...

Oh, I can't copy-paste. Well, it says something like:

ERROR: failed to open part.met file 010
ERROR: failed to load backup file  Search http://forum.amule.org/ for .part.met recovery solutions

I don't understand what happens, because I've told the program which the fold is.

Thanks a lot for everything

well its either a permission problem(which I hope for you)

or

the part.met and part.met files are corrupted,
if that is the case something went wrong while you copied them....
then try to use this tool
http://www.bigwillystyle42.com/index.php?dest=mfr

to regenerate them...
