clients on queue

below the 'on queue' window it says clients on queue: 10 (0 banned) but no one is showing in the window ?(  I'm trying to release a file- have priority at 'powershare' and there's been 13 accepted requests yet no uploads.  I wonder if this is normal or if there's a problem.

Have you tried to right-click in the 'on queue' window and click on 'Show Uploads'?

Yes, I have alternated between the 'show uploads' and 'show queue' windows and there is no one there.   Yet it says clients on queue: 10 (0 banned)  ?( Where are these 10 clients?

edit:  Disreguard this post- I had the wrong connection settings ;(
