Is there a way to save incomplete downloads to use?

I noticed some old downloads were never updated and never seen completed for months. I can preview them, but I would like to save these incomplete files without using aMule's preview feature. How would I do that?
Thank you in advance.

just check with file-details what part-file it is and copy it to the new location
for example
cp 001.part name.mpg
should work

In its default setup, Windows XP on the Internet amounts to a car
parked in a bad part of town, with the doors unlocked, the key in
the ignition and a Post-It note on the dashboard saying, "Please
don't steal this."
