ipfilters how to?

hello, can anyone help me??
i'm new at  amule! i wold like to know how do i put the ipfilters to work, because at start the of amule it apeares  0 ipfilters loaded.
i hope that some one can help me .

just put the ipfilter.dat in your .aMule folder
