download stops at 9.32mb

why do all my downloads stop after 9.32mb blocks?

Because this is the size of a hunk. If it stops there, it means that the hunk was downloaded successfully, and now you have to wait in the queue rank for the next one.

Or, perhaps, you are trying to download fake files that don't have more then 1 chunk available. Try connecting to a different server and search for your files again, see if they download more.
