Window Frames Lost under XGL/Compiz

Running aMule under XGL/Compiz removes all window borders. App cannot be resized, closed, or moved. aMule version 2.1.0 (sorry, picked the wrong one on thread creation).

I too have been experiencing frequent crashes. Searching this forum suggests upgrading wxGTK to 2.6.3. Official version under Ubuntu Dapper 6.06 is 2.6.1.2. Could this be causing both problems?

Well, it's highly recommended to upgrade (see e.g. here) in general, but I cannot promise that this will solve your problem.
