Lost preferences AND part.met
« on: January 23, 2004, 06:47:48 PM »

hi,

I supposed I just found a bug in version aMule 1.2.4. Everything was working fine until I had to reset my computer (after xawtv freezed). Anyway, after the reboot, I had lost all aMule preferences, and all my downloads (all the part.met file had a size of 0).

I don't think it's just bad luck: I was able to reproduce the problem twice... Each time the result is the same: no more download, all settings reset to default (in fact, when I launch aMule, I get the dialogue box just as if it is the very first time I use aMule).

aMule 1.2.4
Debian unstable, kernel 2.6.0
~/.aMule/ is on an ext2 partition
Incoming and Temp on a fat32 partition
