What's wrong? I tried looking at your picture, but gave up when only bottom 3 mm loaded in about 2 minutes. Why the hell are you using BMP for screenshots, especially if you're on Linux. Use PNG, preferably with 256 or less colors.

Try checking your connection speed using some other method. Maybe a good ftp site, like funet.fi, sunsite.dk or sunet.se for those respective countries.
