every now and then a downloader seems to be served nearly immediately without any obvious reason. today it happened 2x that 4 out of 10 downloaders had waited 0.00 secs. i could imagine that it's only a display problem, but i have also seen dl'ers with wait times of few secs in the past. I have no files with 'release' state.
