aMule and a corrupted known.met
« on: July 03, 2005, 01:58:58 PM »

(Maybe should I post this in "Features requests"...)

I had to restart my system (SuSE 9.2) which froze because of a faulty RAM. After this, aMule refused to start.

It took me some time but I realized that it was because known.met was corrupted. (Unknown "ctags" all over the konsole.)

Is there no way to let aMule ignore it if it's broken? I wouldn't call this a vital file. aMule worked again once it was removed.

Just my 2 cents,
