Found a small bug:
In Messages pane, character encoding is Western, and there's no apparent way to change it. I'm not sure if messing with .gtkrc will fix that.
Worse, the text in that pane is not selectable and there's no way to cut and paste it into another program.
I'm talking about russian locale. All other panes are fine, as far as I can tell.
