File completed, but status is still "Stopped"
« on: April 07, 2005, 10:42:04 AM »

I got the following problem with aMule CVS:

When a file is completed the status is still "Stopped" and nothing happens. There are no more sources listed. What could I do? Any ideas ?( Got this problem with *.rar files. *.mp3-files seem to work.

disk space maybe?
have you checked that in your incomming dir is enough space for the rar file?! since mp3 are smaller this could explain why they still work

depending on the amule version you use:

do the file names contain non-ascii characters?
then rename them and stop/restart amule.

It could also be an invalid incoming path or wrong permissions for the same. Check if there have been added any errors/warnings to the log on the server-page.

compare your free disk space with the setting in Preferences>Files>Disk Space.
