Using crypto++ 5.6.0 , WxMac 2.8.10, GD 2.0.36RC1

known limitation:
unstable when downloading more then 150 files, no GeoIP IP2Country, no debug, no ccache support.

Tested on:
MacBook Pro Unibody 2.53, 4Gb, OSX 10.5.6
MacMini 2.26, 4Gb, OSX 10.5.6

I complied this version for myself after mirko's version failed to work at all. I have no intention to maintain it, but I hope it will help some for you until official release.
