Hi there,
I set the firewall to allow aMule to get connected, but every few weeks (I use aMule just on weekends) aMule gets a low ID and Kad is firewalled, I delete the preferences file and it connects normally.
Furthermore, MacOSX, even the firewall is corectly configured, asks me every time I start aMule whether to allow or not aMule to connect over the firewall: I think this corrupts the preference file after, say, 10 times.

Please don't follow up on a sticky topic.

Try backing up the prefs every now and then, and if it fails again check what's different.
