Hello everyone - new to the forum, but I have successfully used aMule in the past.  Now I am in a new apartment with free WiFi and I am having trouble.

I'm on an iMac G5, PPC,  Mac OS X 10.4.11 Tiger
aMule 2.2.3

I am connecting to an Airport Extreme Base Station(AEBS) being used in "Bridge Mode" -->another router-->internet.

I have the password to administer AEBS using Airport Utility, but since the base station is set up in "Bridge Mode," I am not given port mapping options.

I do not have information on the other router.

Ports are open on my computer, but without port forwarding I feel I am doomed.   Should I just give up?  Would I screw up the settings on my landlord's network if I change the AEBS from "bridge mode" to something else?  Without access to the second router, I have a feeling it won't matter what I do the AEBS.

Anyone with similar experience or advice, please let me know!!

Thanks,
dtree

You need to configure the first router of your lan (the one connected to the net). If you don't have access to its settings nothing will work!
