saving files with non-ascii characters

hi,
with lionell's last unicode-enabled build:
when a file with non-ascii charatcers in the filename completes, saving this file fails:

2005-03-05 15:07:58: Unexpected file error while completing Där Ümlöit.avi. File paused
2005-03-05 15:08:00: Can't open file '/newfiles/Där Ümlöit.avi'

File is set to "paused" but "Resume" in the popup menu is not enabled. I know from previous cases that it will be finished when i rename the file and stop/restart amule.
