Low ID

I use amule in OS debian.
 I have open port 4662 at my  mandrake shorewall
 but I always got a low ID. Whats wrong that I do
 My settings are:
 10kbs upload limit with 2kbs slots and 1

you have maybe also a router? or is the dsl-modem direkly in the mandriva linux

I have no router or modem the cable plug through the firewall.
