kad firewalled and low Id

Hello everybody

I just installed on a pc (windows xp OS) aMule 2.1.3

When I connect it gives me a low ID, and the Kad is shown as firewalled, even if I have already set up correctly ports 4662, 4665, 4672

Does anybody have some suggestion?

windoze firewall maybe?
